History
 Artcraft Management, Inc. was founded in late 1993 by Earl M. Ferguson of Richmond, VA. Through various affiliates and investors Artcraft acquires, builds and manages income-producing real estate, with a primary focus on multi-family apartment communities. During the past 14 years, the business has grown through acquisitions, development, investment and management takeovers of approximately 5,000 multifamily rental apartments located in Richmond and the Tidewater Region of Virginia and several North Carolina communities.
Our current portfolio consists of 2200 apartments in 19 communities.
Artcraft Development L.C., has overseen numerous acquisitions, renovations and new projects. The latest is The Commons of Centerbrooke a 132 unit Senior Apartment community in Suffolk, Virginia. Our management and development partners work together as a team to provide our residents with attractive, full-service communities. We would also like "Our Mission" to be changed to "Core Values".
